Title: Account Updates

Dear,
Customers

On Friday, November 7th 2008 we will review each panel and check the amount of server boxes that are hosted on each account. If one does not match we will be forced to suspend your account with out any questions.

Quick review on our license policy:
1 X Enterprise license = One Server Box & Unlimited Game servers that can be hosted.
1 X Pro License = Three Server Box & 15 Game Servers that can be hosted.

Please make sure your license match the amount of servers that you currently host on your panel. If you need to purchase additional licenses please go to our site www.IGC-Panel.com and order. Be sure to check "I'm an existing member" on the order form so the license can go towards your active account.

Title: Half Life One Steam Updates

Dear,
Customer

There was a recent update on all Half One game servers such as ( Counter Strike 1.6, Condition Zero, etc..). We have been receiving tickets about the new protocol of the game and blaming the problem onto the panel. The error has nothing to do with the panel, all you need to do is to ./steam -command update the game and the directory that you have your customers servers on.
